*Friday, 4 P.M.: The Ethics of Life Extension, with Brendan Prout, Adina Sobo, and Vernor Vinge. I'm moderating.
*Saturday, 2 P.M.: We Are the Abyss: The Moral Perspective of Future Centuries, with Lise Breakey, Jean Graham, Dani Kollin, Eytan Kollin, and Rachel Swirsky. I was moderating this, but when I got asked to moderate a fourth panel(!), I asked if I could hand off one of them to someone else.
*Saturday, 3 P.M.: Klaatu Barada Nikto: Conlangs, with David J. Peterson and Stephen Potts.
*Saturday, 5 P.M.: The Political Mind: Cognition, Communication, and American Politics, with Lynn Maudlin and Stephen Potts. I'm moderating. This is actually a panel topic that I not only came up with, but recruited the other panelists for; it's an attempt to see if three civilized people (or, anyway, two civilized people and me) could discuss politics at a meta level without falling into partisan debate.
*Sunday, 11 A.M.: Campaigns That Went Wrong: GM Horror Stories, with Doug Berry, Dru Pagliassotti, Jefferson P. Swycaffer, and Janet Tait.
*Sunday, 1 P.M.: Beyond Combat in Role-Playing Games, with Doug Berry, Morgan Lair, Niall Shapero, Tom Smith, and Janet Tait. I'm moderating.
*Sunday, 2 P.M.: Atheists vs. Agnostics. No Theists Allowed, with Judy Lazar, Kim Smith, and Martin Young.
How could I turn down any of those? Well, maybe The Ethics of Life Extension, but being on a panel with Vernor Vinge is too great a pleasure to pass up. And it's cool that I'm on two gaming panels, and more than half my fellow panelists are people I've never gamed with!
